The Integrated Curriculum is our exciting new course for all pupils in Year Seven. It consists of eight lessons a week. There are six units of study:
Unit 1: A Sense of Self
Unit 2: A Sense of Time
Unit 3: A Sense of Risk
Unit 4: A Sense of Justice
Unit 5: A Sense of Place
Unit 6: A Sense of Well-Being
The units are cross-curricular and learning and teaching makes use of the latest technologies so that pupils are engaged and motivated to learn and make progress. We have developed a new framework for assessment, which allows pupils to monitor their own progress in developing their personal learning and thinking skills.
